My name is Lily
As far back as I can remember, I’ve felt things deeply. I was aware of what was happening beneath the surface, in other people, in rooms, in the spaces between words and worlds. That sensitivity was overwhelming at times, and I didn’t always know how to live with it. But when I was with horses, I could finally breathe. I felt home.

Their presence gave me something I didn’t have language for back then: safety, attunement, regulation, heart coherence, and crystal clear mirroring . They still do.
My own healing journey has taken me through layers of trauma, loss, betrayal, abuse, total disconnection and self abandonment, and eventually deep reconnection to my self, truth, voice and power. I was never interested in surface-level change. I wanted to understand what creates real transformation and what blocks it. That curiosity led me to immerse myself in the nervous system, energy work, ancestral healing, psychology, soul, and more.

As I continued working with myself and others, studying, exploring, and integrating different modalities, something began to take shape. A living process I came to see as the Resonant Field. I started to see how different layers of the body, the energy system, the family lineage, each carried their own field full of information, memory, and movement.
Being with the horses in their literal field helped me understand this more deeply. They live in constant relationship, tracking, sensing, and responding to every shift in their environment. Nothing is separate. One movement affects the whole. That is how they taught me to listen. And that is how I continue to hold the space.

I facilitate this work because I know what it feels like to long for something deeper and not know how to reach it. I have been through the depths. I know what it means to carry what is not yours, to outgrow identities, to want to be free of pain, scarcity, survival mode and the drama triangle but not know where to begin. I have tried it all.

Because just like trauma and pain and misalignment happens in the fields of your body, your lineage, and your soul, so does healing.​
