Client Agreements and Informed Consent

Nature of the Work

The work offered is experiential, relational, and awareness-based. Sessions may include exploration of emotions, body sensations, internal experiences, relational patterns, soul blueprints and systemic dynamics. The work is intended to support insight, expand capacity and self-responsibility.

I understand that this work involves a professional relationship with clear boundaries.

This work is not therapy, psychotherapy, medical treatment, psychiatric care, or crisis intervention, and does not replace licensed medical or mental health services. Clients are responsible for seeking additional professional support when needed.

Consent to Experiential Process

I understand that this work may involve strong emotions, unfamiliar internal states, or moments of discomfort. I consent to participating with the understanding that emotional intensity can arise as part of an exploratory process and does not necessarily indicate harm or error.

I understand that insight and change cannot be guaranteed, and that outcomes vary by individual.

Client Responsibility and Agency

I acknowledge that I am responsible for my own participation, choices, and pacing within the work. I may pause, slow down, or stop the process at any time.

While the facilitator offers presence, guidance, attunement and reflection, I remain responsible for my own emotional regulation, integration, and well-being during and in between sessions.

Equine Involvement, Safety, and Liability

Some sessions, workshops, or experiences may involve the presence of horses or take place in an equine environment. I understand that horses are sentient beings with their own autonomy and responses, and that interaction with animals and outdoor environments carries inherent risk.

Participation with or around horses is always optional. I understand that consent applies not only to me, but also to the horses. Horses may approach, move away, or disengage at any time, and their behavior is not directed, controlled, or guaranteed.

I agree to follow all safety guidelines, instructions, and boundaries communicated by the facilitator when in an equine environment. This may include guidance related to positioning, distance, movement, touch, or non-interaction with the horses.

I understand that the facilitator’s role is to support awareness and relational presence, not to provide riding instruction, animal handling training, or guarantees of safety. I acknowledge that accidents or unexpected events may occur despite reasonable precautions.

By engaging in equine-involved sessions or activities, I voluntarily assume responsibility for my participation and release the facilitator from liability for injury, loss, or damage resulting from inherent risks associated with horses, animals, land, or outdoor environments, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

I agree to disclose any relevant physical limitations, medical conditions, or mental health concerns that may affect my safety in an equine or therapeutic environment.
