What is resonance?
Have you ever walked into a room and instantly felt “good vibes” or “bad vibes”?
Or met someone and without a single word you just knew you’d click? Or the opposite?
That’s resonance in action.
Resonance is the invisible music we’re all playing all the time. And the resonant field is the big invisible concert hall we share.
Here, we work with that music to bring your inner and outer life back into harmony.
But before we get there, let’s break it down simply.
Think about a guitar string. Pluck it, and it vibrates. Your body, thoughts, and emotions also have a kind of vibration, except we can’t see it. Science calls it frequency.
When two guitar strings are tuned the same way, plucking one makes the other start to hum. That’s resonance. Simply two things vibrating in harmony.
People do this. We’re tuning into each other constantly.
Lesser known is that horses do this too. And in ways even sharper, more attuned, and more conscious than we do.
What Is the Field?
Here’s where it gets juicy.
We all live inside a shared field. Imagine everyone’s vibrations blending together, like a giant invisible swimming pool of energy that we’re all in. That’s the field, a space where our inner world and other people’s inner worlds mix.
We each have our personal energy field, the subtle “bubble” around us that holds our current mood, emotions, thoughts, and even our physical state. It’s why someone can walk into a space and instantly change the atmosphere without saying a word.
But there’s another layer to the field, one that Bert Hellinger spoke about: the family field. Think of it like an energetic map of your lineage. The family field holds the stories, patterns, strengths, and unhealed wounds of those who came before you. Some of it is beautiful and nourishing. Some of it… not so much. And even if you’ve never met certain family members, their experiences can ripple through your life, shaping your sense of belonging, success, love, and safety.
So when we talk about “the field,” it’s not just your own personal energy. It’s also the invisible threads between you and the people you’re connected to, both living and gone.
And here’s the kicker: all of those layers, your personal field, your family field, the collective field, are constantly blending together, influencing how you feel and how your life flows.
This is where the magic of horses comes in.
Horses live fully inside the resonant field. Their nervous systems are so sensitive they can pick up on the tiniest shifts in you, in each other, and in the environment. They stay safe by being in harmony and resonance with all. And because of this, they don’t hold judgment, and they provide instant feedback.
They feel you, often before you are aware of what you’re feeling.
When you are coming into the field and working through any particular issue in your life, they aren’t just picking up and reflecting on your personal field, but also the places where your energy is still tied up in your ancestors stories or trauma.

Using family constellations to map it, with the horses and other markers, it allows you to go deep into the core and root of the issue and resolve it right there in the field. This brings much clarity and empowerment.
So when you come into the field with my herd and I, think of what you might receive as a gentle retuning process. The horses show you where you’re “out of tune”, in patterns, old stories, hidden stress, ancestral baggage.
Then they support you in shifting your inner vibration to match your deepest truth. With their supreme groundedness, they help anchor that shift, so the field around you supports and amplifies it.
It’s about coming into such natural alignment that life flows.
This groundbreaking process is truly about becoming. Becoming more you. Becoming more attuned to your heart. Becoming into harmony with your true nature so that you may be the authentic light you are here to be.
